The New England REALTORS® Committee Represents
Region 1 of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
The Committee is comprised of State and National Leadership from the six New England States: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Each year a NAR Region 1 Vice President is elected to represent our Region on the National level. They serve as NAR spokespersons and chair various meetings and regional caucuses held at NAR’s two annual meetings.

My journey in real estate has been more than just a career—it's been a passion. I’ve dedicated significant time and effort to the REALTOR® organization at every level, serving in roles that have allowed me to contribute to the growth and future of our industry. In 2022, I had the honor of serving as President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and I’ve been actively involved in strategic planning efforts for the National Association of REALTORS®, ensuring we continue to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing market.
BILL WEIDACHER
2025 NAR Region 1 Vice President
Bill Weidacher is the only two-time President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, having served in that capacity in 1995 and 2013. He has twice been named the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board’s REALTOR of the Year, and in 2023 was honored with NHAR’s Distinguished Service Award.
