Carl is the 2024 President for CT REALTORS®. He’s held several positions on the CT REALTORS® Executive Committee in recent years and was selected as the state REALTOR® of the Year for 2023. Lantz is also the vice chair the National Association of REALTORS® Member Communications Committee. He is past president of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® and was honored as the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® 2019 local REALTOR® of the Year.
He works with Coldwell Banker Realty out of the West Hartford office. He’s been honored to receive the 5 Star Agent award every year it has been given, and featured in Connecticut Magazine for 13 years. He’s served on many committees for GHAR and CTR including Grievance, Member Services, Communications, and ran the committee to hire a new local AE for GHAR. He was also on House Hunters in 2012.
He lives in West Hartford with his family and rescue dogs.

Steven has been licensed in Real Estate since 1980, beginning his 44th year in the industry. He is past President and REALTOR® of the Year for the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS® where he served on many committees. He also served on the executive teams and Board of Directors at the local and state levels. His lengthy service with the Connecticut REALTORS® (CTR) also includes Strategic Planning, Legislative, RPAC (Chair, New Haven Middlesex) and Communications.
Steven is also very active in his local Community, North Haven Connecticut, serving as Vice Chair of the Inland Wetlands committee, Secretary of The Blight Prevention Board of Appeals and the Affordable Housing Committee.

David has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. He served as the 2023 President of CT REALTORS® and is a member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors where he has served in numerous capacities including President in 2016. David is a NAR Director as well as a CTR Director where he serves on the Executive, Legislative, Finance, and Forms Committees. He is also a member of the Opioid Work Group. David also sits on the New Haven Middlesex Association Board of Directors where he serves as Vice Chair of the Legislative Committee, a member of the Foundation Board and Chair of the Association Building Committee.
David is a lifelong resident of the City of Middletown.
CINDY BUTTS

Cindy Butt is the Chief Executive Officer for Connecticut REALTORS, a position she has held for the past nine years. She's also the Executive Director of CTR's charitable foundation. Cindy serves as a Director on the Board of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and on the Advisory Council for the UConn School of Business Center for Real Estate. Prior to moving to Connecticut, Cindy was the CEO of the Maine Association of REALTORS and its statewide MLS; and formerly on staff of the National Association of REALTORS in both its Chicago and Washington, DC offices. She is a past recipient of NAR's William R. Magel Award of Excellence, an inductee to the Bud Smith Leadership Society, and holds the CAE, RCE and AHWD designation and certifications. She teaches on numerous association management topics and addressing/preventing bias in real estate.
