Alexa currently services as the President of CT REALTORS. She has been a REALTOR since 2011 and has served on the CT REALTORS® Executive Committee in several prior roles and was the 2022 state REALTOR® of the Year. She has chaired NAR’s Medium State Forum, is a graduate of the 2023 National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and was honored as a member of the 2019 Class of the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30. She served as president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS as well as president of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® in 2021 and was the Greater Hartford Association’s local REALTOR® of the Year in 2022.
Alexa is a distinguished media contributor, frequently featured on outlets like NBC, Inside Edition, MarketWatch, and currently a weekly expert on CBS. She is also a lifestyle coach and is passionate about bringing essential resiliency and wellness to the real estate community. Her mission is to transform the real estate industry’s energy, empowering REALTORS® to live abundantly while serving from a foundation of peace, love, and genuine care.

Recognized by The Real Deal as a Greenwich Top Producer in 2017, and by RealTrends as one of the Best Real Estate Agents in America in 2022, Bryan Tunney has been a top agent in Greenwich for the past 18 years. As Managing Director of Sales for Brown Harris Stevens' Greenwich brokerage, working alongside Joann P. Erb, he works tirelessy to maintain and expand the firm's success in the region.
Bryan was awarded Connecticut’s State REALTOR of the Year in 2025 and was the Greenwich association’s local REALTOR of the Year in 2014. He is on the state Executive Committee and served as the association’s Treasurer prior to becoming First Vice President and then President-elect. He is an NAR Director and has served as President of the Greenwich Association of REALTORS. Additionally, he’s a board member for the Transportation Association of Greenwich.
Bryan's 18 years of experience in the real estate industry were preceded by careers as a government bond broker and as President of a small computer company. A resident of Greenwich for over 25 years, he is an advisory board member, coach, and original founding member of Greenwich Youth Lacrosse.

Steve has been licensed in Real Estate since 1980, beginning his 45th year in the industry. He is past President and REALTOR® of the Year for the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS® where he served on many committees. He also served on the executive teams and Board of Directors at the local and state levels. His lengthy service with the Connecticut REALTORS® (CTR) also includes Strategic Planning, Legislative, RPAC (Chair, New Haven Middlesex) and Communications.
Steven is also very active in his local Community, North Haven Connecticut, serving as Vice Chair of the Inland Wetlands committee, Secretary of The Blight Prevention Board of Appeals and the Affordable Housing Committee.

Cindy Butt is the Chief Executive Officer for Connecticut REALTORS, a position she has held since 2013. She's also the Executive Director of CTR's charitable foundation. Cindy serves as a Director on the Board of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and on the Advisory Council for the UConn School of Business Center for Real Estate. Prior to moving to Connecticut, Cindy was the CEO of the Maine Association of REALTORS and its statewide MLS; and formerly on staff of the National Association of REALTORS in both its Chicago and Washington, DC offices. She is a past recipient of NAR's William R. Magel Award of Excellence, an inductee to the Bud Smith Leadership Society, and holds the CAE, RCE and AHWD designation and certifications. She teaches on numerous association management topics and addressing/preventing bias in real estate.
