Mike Pereira is a Rhode Island real estate professional with 23 years of experience, known for guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing with confidence. Named 2022 Rhode Island Realtor of the Year, Mike combines deep market knowledge with a straightforward approach focused on results and long-term relationships.

An active proponent of the REALTOR® organization, Mike is the 2026 President of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and past president of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®. He has also served as a board director and on committees too numerous to mention at all levels of the REALTOR® Association.

Whether working to attract and retain licensees to the real estate profession or educating clients, Mike may be best known for educating others about the importance of the services a REALTOR® provides. Through college fairs, orientation programs, community outreach and REALTOR® events, Mike relays a strong message about the crucial role skilled professionals play in a real estate transaction - generally the most significant investment most people will ever make.
Pereira resides with his family in Woonsocket, R.I. He is a graduate of the RI Realtors Bryant University Excellence in Leadership Certificate Program and has earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), ePro and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.

Sandi Warner is the President-Elect of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and the owner of Warner Realty Group and Property Management, based in Newport, Rhode Island. A lifelong resident of Newport, Sandi brings a wealth of experience, education, and community involvement to her leadership role within the state’s real estate industry.
After graduating from Rogers High School, Sandi earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Rhode Island and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Her career path has taken her from Newport to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and later to South Florida, where she spent a decade living and working in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale before returning home to Rhode Island.
Sandi previously served as President of the Newport County Board of REALTORS® and currently represents her peers in the House of Delegates of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to elevating the REALTOR® community, she is deeply committed to advocating for homeowners and promoting the value of professional real estate service across the state.
She currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Federal Taxation Committee and has also served on the Association’s Resort and Second Homes Committee. When she’s not serving clients or contributing to the industry, Sandi enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her beloved dog, Chloe, and two cats.

Philip Tedesco, RCE, CAE, CIPS, has been involved in membership and services marketing for non-profit organizations for over 30 years. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and State-Wide MLS and the Executive Director of REALTOR® Foundation: Rhode Island.
​
The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® (RIAR) is one of the largest trade organizations in the state, representing more than 5,000 professionals in the real estate industry. RIAR supports its members in conducting their real estate businesses ethically and competently. State-Wide MLS, a cooperative real estate database of listing and sale information for all of Rhode Island, facilitates over $5.1 billion in real estate sales annually.

Prior to his arrival in Rhode Island, he was the CEO for the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and TAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Arizona, and the CEO for the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS®, in California. Additionally, he has served as the Vice President of Marketing at the REALTOR® Association of Greater Miami and as the Director of Member & Chapter Services for NACORE International, a corporate real estate organization with over 40 chapters globally.

He has earned a BA and MS from Colorado State University in the areas of Marketing and Communications and completed the Duke University Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Additionally, he has completed the requirements for the CAE (Certified Association Executive) from the American Society of Association Executives, and the RCE (REALTOR® Association Certified Executive) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
