New Hampshire Association of REALTORS President Joanie McIntire began her career in real estate in the fall of 2008 with Coldwell Banker J. Hampe Associates, where she still works today as an associate broker.
She is an active member of the Sunapee Regional Board of Realtors, including serving as the board president in 2018 and 2019. She has served NHAR on numerous committees, including public policy, communications, and the executive committee on her path to the 2024 presidency.
Joanie and her husband Mark live in Concord, NH, and are especially proud of their three handsome sons and their ever-growing family, including three lovely daughters-in-law and four wonderful granddaughters. When not working with clients, Joanie enjoys running, skiing, knitting, and reading.
SUSAN COLE

Susan Cole Realty Group - Lebanon, NH
Susan Cole, a ninth generation native to the Upper Valley Region of New Hampshire, is President-Elect of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS. She has been a REALTOR since 2009 and broker/owner of Susan Cole Realty Group since 2017.
Susan has spent the majority of her real estate career volunteering at the local, state and national levels. She was the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS President in 2019 and 2020 and its REALTOR of the Year in 2019. She graduated from the NHAR Leadership Academy in 2019 and has served the state as member liaison and member of the legal committee, forms subcommittee, grievance subcommittee and risk management subcommittee. She has been selected as a member of the 2024 NAR risk management issues committee.
Away from the real estate industry, Susan enjoys giving back to her community and spending time with her family on her National Bicentennial farm.

Ben Cushing is the Broker/Owner of Cushing Real Estate in New London, NH and was the 2023 President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS.
Ben has been a licensed REALTOR since 1997 and has served on many boards at the local, state and national level.
In 2016 Ben was honored with the Sunapee Region Board of Realtor, Realtor of the Year. In 2017 Ben served as the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors President. Ben also served as the Treasure for the NH Association of Realtors for 2016-2019.
Ben received the Distinguished Service Award by the NH Association of Realtors in 2019 and is also a member of the Honor Society and a RPAC Major Investor.
Ben is very active in his community in many different roles and serves as a school board member for the Kearsarge School District.
