Judy has been a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for thirteen years and is the 2026 President for the Maine Association of REALTORS®.
Licensed and a REALTOR® since 1997, Judy joined Oberg Insurance and Real Estate Agency in Bridgton, a family-owned and operated business since 1934.
Judy has served as the President of the Western Maine Board of REALTORS®, the President of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® and received the Boards’ REALTOR® of the Year Awards in 2012 and 2024.
Judy currently serves as an NAR Director, serves on NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee for Maine, and is an RPAC Major Investor.

Paul has been a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for 10 years and is the 2023 President Elect of the state association after serving as First Vice President.
Paul served as the President of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® in 2016; was named the Greater Portland Board’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2021 and the Board’s Spirit Award recipient in 2019.
A REALTOR® since becoming licensed in 2003, Paul is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty and The Hatcher Group in Portland.
He currently serves as Maine’s representative on NAR’s RPAC Major Investor Council and is an RPAC Major Investor.

Raylene has been a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for twelve years and is the 2026 President-elect for the Maine Association of REALTORS®.

Raylene currently serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and serves as Maine’s representative on NAR’s RPAC Participation Council.

Jeff has been a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for 7 years and is the Immediate Past President of the state association.
Jeff served as the President of the Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS® in 2021; was named the Kennebec Valley Board’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2021 and their YPN Spirit Award recipient in 2020.
A REALTOR® since becoming licensed in 2004, Jeff is affiliated with family-owned Harris Real Estate in Farmington.
He currently serves as Maine’s representative on NAR’s RPAC Major Investor Council and is an RPAC Major Investor.

Suzanne Guild has been the Chief Executive Officer for the Maine Association of REALTORS® since 2012. As CEO, Suzanne serves as an ex-officio Director of Maine Listings (Maine’s statewide MLS), serves as Treasurer of the Maine Association of REALTORS® PAC, and is an RPAC Major Investor. Suzanne worked as the Executive Director of the Maine Association of REALTORS® Foundation from 1997-2012 also serving as the MAR Government Affairs Director in 2011 and 2012. She currently serves on the NAR Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee and has served on the NAR Member Communications Committee, NAR Housing Opportunities Committee, and the NAR State and Local Issues Policy Committee.
