Joanne Breen was the 2020 President of the CT REALTORS® and the 2021 State REALTOR of the year. Joanne has been a REALTOR® Emeritus since 2018. She owned and managed ERA Hart Sargis-Breen Real Estate Co. in Newington and Berlin for 27 years. Joanne is a member of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR) and served as its President in 2016.  She was named GHAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2018.

Joanne is a CTR Director and chairs the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Director and sits on the NAR Safety Advisory Committee.
